Description
Run or push off one leg, then let your feet glide along the floor without lifting them. The push-off carries you across the floor, and your weight stays over your feet, slightly toward the back foot.

Practice Tips
- Keep your weight a little toward the back foot. If the front foot presses into the floor, it brakes the slide.
- Practice on a clean, smooth floor and start with short slides. The distance comes from the push-off, not from reaching with the leg.
