Description
Bring the whole foot down flat, so the heel and toe taps hit together, and put your weight onto it. The foot stays down afterward because it is now holding you up, so a stamp is a weight change.

Practice Tips
- Keep the ankle fairly neutral as the foot comes down; if you point or flex it, the toe or heel lands first and you get two sounds.
- Fully commit your weight - if you can't lift the other foot right after, it wasn't a stamp.
