Description
A walking riff: brush the ball of the free foot forward, dig its heel just in front, then drop the front of that foot so it lands flat and takes your weight. Three quick sounds, and the next one starts on the other foot, so you walk forward with a riff on every step.

Practice Tips
- Keep the travel small - the heel should stay on the floor after the dig. If your foot pops back up after the riff, you are reaching too far.
- If the toe comes in early, raise the front of the foot higher during the dig so it has farther to fall before it lands.
