Description
Spank the right foot, drop the left heel, shuffle the right, drop the left heel again, then finish with a flam on the right: a step and a heel played so close together that they almost merge. It's a Cincinnati with its last step turned into a flam, giving seven sounds in the same '&1&2&3' space.

Practice Tips
- Keep the ankle loose on the last step so the flam's heel falls right behind it instead of arriving late.
- Get the regular Cincinnati clean first; the flam should replace the last step without changing the timing of anything before it.
