Description
A Cincinnati that finishes with a flap instead of a plain step. Spank, drop the supporting heel, shuffle, drop the supporting heel again, then brush and step. Seven sounds, counted &1&2&a3 (United Taps also gives a tighter &a1e&a2).

Practice Tips
- Don't let the first heel drag or the shuffle jump the gun; they are the two sounds that usually slip out of place.
- Make the second heel as loud as the first; it tends to fade because the flap is coming right after it.
