Description
A cramp roll variation: step onto the ball of the right foot, then the ball of the left, then drop the right heel twice. Four sounds on 1&a2. In a regular cramp roll each foot drops its own heel, but here both heel sounds come from the right foot and the left heel is never played.

Practice Tips
- Hold the first heel up a fraction longer; it is the sound that most often drops early.
- Lift the right heel straight back up after the first drop, so the second drop is just as clear.
