Description
Scuff both feet forward at the same moment, so both heel taps catch the floor together as the feet leave it, then land on the balls of both feet at once. Two sounds, each made by both feet in unison. It has the same two-sound shape as a pullback, but the first sound is made by the heels moving forward.

Practice Tips
- Lift the feet well up and out of the scuff so they have room to come back down for a clean, on-time landing.
- The two heels should sound like one; if you hear a double, one foot is leaving the floor earlier than the other.
