Description
Step onto the ball of the right foot, then onto the ball of the left, then drop the left heel first and the right heel last. The heels land in the opposite order to the balls, and that reversed heel order is the only difference from a regular cramp roll. Every sound takes weight, and you finish flat on both feet.

Practice Tips
- Say the order out loud while you practice (right, left, left, right) and alternate it with a regular cramp roll until the reversed heels feel automatic.
- Keep both heels lifted until the second ball has landed, so the four sounds stay evenly spaced.
