Description

Shuffle the right foot (brush forward, spank back), then go straight into a cramp roll: step onto the right ball, then the left ball, drop the right heel, then the left heel. That makes six even sounds, and you finish flat on both feet in place, ready to start again.

Practice Tips

  • Don't stop between the spank and the first ball step - the shuffle should run straight into the cramp roll, and there should be no gap between repetitions either.
  • Watch the spank: it tends to rush, especially at speed. Give it the same amount of time as every other sound.
