Description
A heel stand broken into four tightly grouped sounds: dig the right heel, then the left, then step onto the right foot and then the left. Take little or no weight on the heels, especially at speed, so the digs pass quickly into the steps.

Practice Tips
- Don't let the second dig come in early; the four sounds are close together but should still be separate.
- Keep the digs light. Sitting your full weight on the heels slows you down and makes the steps late.
