Description
Jump from both feet and land on the back edges of both heels, with toes pointing up off the floor. Hold the balance there. The landing is one sound, and all your weight sits on your heels.

Practice Tips
- Pull the toes all the way up so only the heel edges touch. If the soles catch, you lose both the sound and the balance.
- Keep your chest over your hips and engage your core. Leaning forward tips you onto your toes, and leaning too far back sends you backward.
