Description
Jump up and land on the back edge of just one heel tap, toes pulled up, and hold your balance there with the other foot off the floor. The landing is the only sound, and all your weight sits on that single heel.

Practice Tips
- Land with the heel directly under your hips and core; if it lands out in front of you, you'll tip backward.
- Get comfortable with the two-foot heel stand first, and pull the standing foot's toes all the way up so the sole doesn't catch.
