Description
From a small spring, land on the tip of one shoe and then the tip of the other, so you are briefly standing on the tips of both toes. Then come down onto the ball of the first foot, then the ball of the second. Four sounds; your weight sits on both toe tips during the stand and ends on the balls of both feet.

Practice Tips
- If the second toe tip comes in late, check that the second foot is already off the floor while the first toe lands, not still pushing off.
- Tighten your core and keep your weight straight over the tips; leaning forward drops you onto the balls too early.
