Description
Do a flap, then a ball change: step lightly onto the ball of the other foot, usually just behind, then shift your weight straight back onto the first foot. Four sounds, and the weight moves foot to foot on each step.

Practice Tips
- Only put partial weight on the 'ball' step; the change back to the other foot should feel like a quick rock, not two full steps.
- Keep all four sounds evenly spaced; beginners often rush the ball change and swallow one of the sounds.
