Description
Do a flap (brush forward, then step onto the ball of the foot), then drop the heel of that same foot to the floor. That's three sounds, and your weight ends flat on the foot that flapped.

Practice Tips
- Land the step on the ball only; if the whole foot lands at once, the step and heel blur into one sound.
- If the even rhythm is hard, lift upward a little after the brush to buy time for a clear step before the heel.
