Description
Step onto the ball of the right foot, then drop the left heel, then the right heel. Three sounds on 1&a, finishing with the weight on both flat feet. The heel of the foot you just stepped on comes last, so it has to stay up while the other heel drops.

Practice Tips
- At higher speeds the left heel tends to fall early; lift it a little higher while the right foot steps so it has somewhere to drop from.
- Keep the right heel raised after the step until the left heel has sounded, so the last two sounds don't merge.
