Description

A cramp roll played heel-first. Dig the right heel with weight, then the left heel, then drop the right toe, then the left toe. You end flat on both feet, and the four sounds roll out in place just like a regular cramp roll.

Practice Tips

  • The second dig tends to come late. Think of the two digs as one quick pair so they land close together.
  • Keep the toes lifted high after the digs and wait a moment before dropping them; an early first toe smears the roll.
