Description
Push off one foot, spring through the air, and land on the ball of the other foot, then drop that foot's heel. It is a step heel with a leap in place of the step: two sounds, ending with your weight flat on the landing foot.

Practice Tips
- Make the heel as loud as the landing; after the effort of the leap, the heel is easy to swallow.
- Land on the ball with the heel still up so the leap and the heel stay two separate sounds.
