Description
Twing is short for toe stand + wing. The right foot comes down into a single toe stand at the same moment the left foot scrapes out to start a wing, and then the left spanks back in and lands. A regular wing has both feet scraping together; in the Twing only one foot wings, and a toe stand on the other foot shares the first sound.

Practice Tips
- Make the toe and the scrape one sound. If the toe lands first, you get an extra tap before the wing.
- Get comfortable with the single toe stand on its own first, since the other foot is busy winging while you balance on it.
